Terrible. Staff is not able to understand English or even German. Had to repeat my order several times and still did not get what I ordered. Team leader was so bored that he had to yawn while instructing his staff how to use the cash register. The burger I received didn't look at all like the burger on the Burger King pictures. Disappointment. I had the idea BK should be better than McD.
