Went here as the local restaurant we wanted to visit for my dad's birthday was closed. I entered Burger King and was kindly greeted by Karen. Karen waited patiently whilst we decided what we wanted to order. We had explained and joked about it being my father's birthday and she was very engaging, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Karen explained a few items on the menu we were unsure about and cleared up any confusion (from the UK, so BK has some slightly different menu options).
