Hello Mr. Mansour, it's outrageous that your employees have to chase customers with well-behaved dogs out of the empty restaurant and into the cold. I would have only given one star if the very friendly lady at the drive-thru hadn't shown genuine apology. We went to the McDonald's next door, where dogs are welcome...
Something's often missing. Tonight I ordered two meals and specifically asked where the second drink was, but they said there wasn't one. Unfortunately, it happens quite often that something is forgotten or the wrong thing is served.
