I went to burger king at 4pm to eat on November 6,2022. I went to the computer to order a burger and a chicken sandwich and then opted to pay with cash at the counter. I waited for 1 hour because the staff did not do anything. There was a continuous line waiting to pay, but we all waited until everybody left except I was still waiting because I had to eat due to diabetes. When I was finally spoken to due to the lack of customer service, I told them I needed to pay my ticket, and they tried to make it work, but they said I need to go to the computer again to make a new ticket. These people are HORRIBLE Staff. These people need to find different work. This is FAST FOOD! Not 1 hour slow food! L...
5 stars is the least they deserve. a great experience in this burguer king where thanks to the fact that they make you wait an hour you have the privilege to see how people gradually come out of socks and begin to compromise the workers (which probably their speed is proportional to the salary they get) and of course how they have to answer the questions of the whole people of the type: Can you give me a napkin?
