Burger Plus - Table reservation

Ordered through just eat website. Order arrived on time however when opening the bags of food we found the order was wrong, wrong type of chips sent and our daughters children’s meal was completely missing! We called burger plus direct as advised on the just...eat website they said would I like a refund i said no as we are all eating our food except my daughter who needs her dinner therefore please send out the meal I had paid for and the correct chips, they said they are busy which I said that’s fine but not my fault you missed out her meal. hours later, still no meal !! We called up again and were told it hadn’t been sent and do we want a refund .. by this time my daughter was beyond hungr...

Just went in to get a menu, no one was wearing a mask, I asked for a menu to which one member of staff pointed to the one on the table and I politely asked for one that everyone hadn't handled and then he just...walked away from me and asked the lady to deal with me to which she looked at me funny, I said I didn't want one that people have handled and she aggressively told me to TAKE It so I walked out. Avoid this place like the plague!

Always friendly service and food is spot on for the price! My go to place for a good burger and cheesy chips. I always order direct with them rather than just eat etc

The burger was delicious, the staff was friendly, and it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
