I went in on a Saturday afternoon for bar service, just one person in my party. The staff especially Hayley provided excellent service. Very polite and timely with my service requests. I even told them before leaving that her good service kept me there longer than I originally planned. So I rated her service specifically a 5! I will add one detractor comment due to the night before when trying to get a meal I walked out after waiting for several minutes trying to order. They were busy, but not slammed in my opinion. This is a lovely hotel bar and restaurant. If you have the opportunity to be served by Ryan, your experience will definitely be worthwhile. He’s fast and well-informed about every drink he serves. The food is also outstanding. You really can’t go wrong here. The hotel itself is fantastic overall, situated in a nice area and conveniently close to the highway. Shopping options are also within easy reach. I give Burger Shed two thumbs up!
I was a big fan of the Machine Shed restaurant in Olathe, and I was disappointed when it closed. However, I've since become an even bigger fan of Burger Shed! The food and ambiance are fantastic, and the staff is exceptional. My wife and I recently had a date night, and our server, Kylie, was outstanding. I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t regret it!
Must check out hidden gem! Our burgers were delicious, they have fun combinations too. I want to come back to try different ones. The chicken tenders were one of the best I’ve had, crispy outside, flavorful, and tender chicken. My kids loved the shakes, husband loved the beer. Our server Noah gave us great service. We later found out he had only been there 2 or 3 weeks, but he was very knowledgeable about the food options and drink selections. He also did a fantastic job of checking in on us and filling our beverages when need be. The food was very good. Would definitely recommend this place.
The burgers were delicious! I got the farmhouse and omg it was so good. The tator tots were crunchy and amazing as well. Our waitress was very friendly and we just had the best time. Will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu. Everything sounded delicious it was a hard choice.
Located on the ground floor of the Embassy Suites, this restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service—special thanks to Barbara! The drinks are of high quality, though the music can be a bit quirky at times, featuring artists like Modern Talking.
I really enjoyed the farmhouse burger and Mac and cheese. I also tried my friends chicken avacado sandwich and it was incredible. I highly recommend the Mac n cheese. (I put some on my burger) Book a table now
Great food, wonderful atmosphere and nice strong pours, definitely a must visit if you are staying at the Embassy Suites.
