I placed a dine-in order just 30 minutes before closing, and the two ladies taking orders seemed shocked that I wasn't ordering takeout, repeatedly asking if I knew when they were closing. I assured them I did. When we sat down to eat at 8:42 PM, they made a point to mop around us with strong-smelling chemicals. I used to enjoy their burgers, but the Wagyu burger I had this time was underwhelming, and I could tell that the quality has declined. If they are so eager to leave on time, they should clearly state that they close at 8:30 PM. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

I said I did, and when we sat to eat, 18 min before 9pm, they made big effort to mop around us w plenty of strong smelling chemicals. Used to like their burgers here, but their Wagyu burger wasn't special and definitely the quality has fallen. They should say they close at 830pm if they're so adamant to get out of there on time. Poor dining experience.
I don?t know why I can?t give this place 3.5 stars via this app but either way it?s in the review. The burger and fries here isn?t anything to rave about and if you want to compare it to let?s say shake shack it doesn?t hold a candle to them. Average burger that?s not great but it?s not bad.

Food was great, staff was friendly, and there was no wait (at 6pm on a Tuesday evening). We had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, the CEO Burger, and fries urban style. Quality and flavor was better than expected, highly recommended.

The onion rings are amazing! They offer gourmet burgers, and I had the veggie burger, which was also outstanding. Our order was ready in no time.
