Absolutely terrible experience. Went in to get lunch today and the guy at the counter seemed like it was a bother I was there since he was eating. Ordered my lunch along with an extra drink, had to ask for the second cup. Went to fill my cups and the Coca Cola machine only had water and 1 diet soda, mind you this is the electronic machine where is has a bunch of drinks so you can mix them if you want. When I let him know it kinda sucks to pay $3 a drink to just get water he laugh and said yea it does . Leave with my food and cup of water, get back to work and realize they forgot my fries also so I spent $17 for 3 little burgers, 4 onion rings and a cup of water...... never again
I visited Burgerim twice, and although my experiences varied, the food was consistently excellent. On my first visit, they almost finished my milkshake just as I was leaving, but on the second visit, the service was quick and dependable. The restaurant features a fresh and inviting interior, and the staff is very accommodating. The burgers are amazing; I ended up ordering a trio since the portions are smaller—somewhere between a slider and a full-sized burger. The wagyu beef is exceptional, with the Caliente style being my favorite, followed closely by the Cowboy. I highly recommend exploring Burgerim’s menu and giving this charming family-owned burger chain a try!
The "Create Your Own Burger" concept at Burgerim is amazing! You can choose your patty, whether vegetarian or meat, and tailor your burger just the way you like it. The burgers taste fantastic, and the fries are the perfect side. With free Wi-Fi and plenty of parking, it’s a convenient place to eat. The staff are very attentive, and the prices are affordable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a meal!
This was my first time visiting Burgerim, and I really enjoyed it! The burgers are tasty. I tried the duo chicken burger, featuring one crispy chicken patty and one grilled chicken patty—both were excellent! A quick note: the lamb burger contains beef, so keep that in mind if you avoid beef. The restaurant is clean, has restrooms, and offers halal meat.
