It's an idle Sunday morning so I decided to grab a Mexican breakfast. I love little joints like this so I gave it a try and I am very happy I did! It's a little place that has a ton of plants and what not in the dining area but let's be honest, these little joints aren't for atmosphere. The woman taking my order was very pleasant and friendly. I ordered red chiliquilles and 2 al pastor tacos. The price was very fair and the portions were very good. But, damn, the food was absolutely delicious! I always order the taco dinner with steak and cheese. The steak is delicious, and the beans and rice are fantastic. I also really love the verde salsa and horchata; they're my go-to choices and my absolute favorite in the area!
I had an amazing Carne Asada burrito! I deducted one star due to the small amount of meat in the burrito. Update September 2023: I tried the Carne Asada burrito again and found it worth the extra cost for additional meat.
