The aged pork chop was our favourite. It was a very confident recommendation by Mario the resident butcher, and it was stunning, I normally will not order pork in a steakhouse. My next favourite was the beef tartare, light and tasty! The other steaks (ribeye and a skirt) salads, fries and sourdough were done perfectly and they had a nice selection of wines to go with the meal. Service was also very friendly, efficient and entertaining Last but not least, they presented us with a plate of dry aged and cured wagyu striploin that totally melts in the mouth. Don’t need dessert after that!
The steakhouse serves undeniably the best meat I have ever tasted. The team is very attentive and friendly, which contributes to a pleasant experience. The quality of the food, the service and the lively ambience absolutely justify the price in my opinion. The personal interaction with the guests is particularly commendable. Overall, a recommended choice for excellent food and service, value for money is right.
Amazing cuts, great recommendations, engaged, passionate and fun staff, dishes superbly prepared to perfection. Don’t be fooled by the casual looks, this place is top top top! Been there a few times with friends, these are memorable evenings. They also a very good wine list and know exactly what they are doing. It comes at a price, yet we will happily return as it was that good!
Terrific experience! It was the first time we visited Williams Butcher and it was great! We had dry aged beef fillet, black angus beef outside skirt and Swiss Luma Pork together with fries. The skirt was delicious: soft and absolutely tasty. Great service and wine selection. Clearly priced as any other premium statehouse but definitely worth it!

The food here is absolutely amazing, burgers are anyway. Immaculately clean restaurant including the rest rooms. Staff very friendly, speaks German and English. If you want a delish lunch in Zurich and like Burgers this is the place.
Insanely great staff, great expertise in all F&B areas hospitality is very important here. Meat quality is great the price is high, but justified.
The reception, service and food are simply top! I recommend trying the special cuts Outside Skirt is highly recommended.
The meat we consumed was very expensive and the price ratio wasn't right. 13 people just under 200 fr per head. Paid.
