We constantly try new places and this was super disappointing. Waitress was terrible and uninterested, seemed upset. The second round of drinks we ordered did not charge us for them), and MIA. Louie?s Steak was well cooked, but absolutely tasteless the same price as Steak at Carnivore but half as good). The only redeeming part of this place was the long haired bus boy. He gave us more attention and was WAY nicer than our waitress, so I tipped him more than the waitress. He should take her job, he's an absolute rock star.
Service was very good. Food was also very good. The atmosphere was lacking. Noisy and doorless storage cabinets in the main dining room. Just needs some work. It's really close to being very nice. The steak entree are $50+. That's expected. What's not expected is that after spending $75 a head for dinner and drinks they tack on 3.5% to use a credit card. On the menu, yes. On the online menu or information. Nope.
Amazing service and quality. The staff had such a positive and caring attitude, it's hard to find that level of service anymore. Food was very good. Some of the menu items we choose can be hard to prepare correctly. It's nice to find a place that knows how to do that well. I'll definitely be adding this to the list of places to bring friends, family, and clients.
A restaurant known as steak should never serve under cooked steaks. The young hostess should rethink her outfit. Very inappropriate. Restaurant needs a serious cleaning.. Many dust, tracks, dirty table and chair legs. Very disappointed. Book a table now
We only had a wonderful dinner, celebrated Joe 61. Birthday and our 41st wedding party. Bonnie was a fantastic and fun server. Even our bus driver was wonderful! The food was delicious. Are we? Thank you.
Had I read reviews, we may have opted for a different restaurant nearby! Food was just ok, but the last time we were here was over 10 years ago, and it was great. Hoping it was just an off night for them?
food and service. Butler inn has been a family lover for years. louie’s signature steak is excellent. we love the fish frit on Friday night. I never had a bad experience since the day they opened up.

eaten here four times. eating was always great. one of the best fish fillets in the opposite. the service is very good and has waited a few times for a table, but much space in the bar.
