Was there on what was clearly an off-day for the staff. Owner was clearly very frustrated with her staff and with my customer experience, I completely understood. The kitchen runner was a mess, the kids behind the counter were just standing around and the busser needs to learn how to speak to other people/basics of customer service. I’d definitely recommend upgrading your ordering technology like a handheld device for taking orders because one register/spot is too chaotic. I hope that they improve with training because the owner was a one-woman operation at the front of house that day and honestly, it was a miserable experience for all of us!
