Customer Service Sucks at the Harvey Road location!!!! I had my eyes dilated so I sent my granddaughter in with a $25 gift certificate to get 2 baked potatoes not knowing you had to use the whole thing. When she told me I lost the difference I sent her back in to get some side dishes to make up the difference. She was treated badly and it took forever!! I have given these gift certificates as gifts before but if this is the way customers are treated I won't do that again!! And maybe I'll try one of the other locations next time.

I have visited this location a few times and was not that happy with the cut of brisket I had been given. When I've asked for marble before, I felt ignored and received lean cuts instead. This, leaving me with a half eaten plate. I returned to give the place another chance, more like the third time, and finally they listened. This was the best plate so far. I can't say it's the best in town but if the craving hits then here's your place.

the first time I visited my neffen. I had the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket and whistled with green beans and pint beans. the flesh was amazing and the sides were very tasteful. great atmosphere and was very satisfied. in any case recommend.

First time here visiting my nephew. I had the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket and sausage with green beans and pinto beans. The meat was amazing and the sides were very flavorful. Great atmosphere and was very satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Great place. Really enjoyed the pork ends. For dessert we had the blackberry cobbler! Yummy! Thank you.
