Un restaurante pequeño pero muy muy acogedor. El personal … maravilloso. Y la cocina… bien.., pero.,,, bajo “mi humilde punto de vista”, creo que para estar sugerido por Michelin, esperaba más…. Mucho más. Ate lo estaba Nada malo…. Pero he ido a restaurantes más humildes con mejor calidad y producto. El salpicón…, le falta algo…. Más partido y más especies de mariscos…. El rodaballo estaba buenísimo… Las almejas ???? !!! Joeeeer…. Muy deficientes…. La salsa muy buena… pero ..,, este restaurante merece otro producto
The treatment of the hotel and restaurant is spectacular, they take care of you at all times, everything they do, they do very well and are very detailed, the facilities are spectacular, Jairo is super friendly and if you need something, they do it for you. What they do at the hotel is impressive like in the restaurant. The food was very good and the hotel was very good.
Se trata de u restaurante rural que atiende clientela del entorno y turística del hotel y alrededores. No es El Bulli pero saben reconocer un excelente producto y sacarle partido que es bastante más de lo que hacen muchos: tomate magnífico, sargo a la sidra con buen punto,.... para mi perfecto y sin necesidad de pretensiones
