The Monmouth Park sportsbook feels quite disheveled, and getting there is a hassle since parking is so far away. The customer service leaves much to be desired, especially considering how much money they make. One thing I really dislike is when I cash a check; they constantly push to make a bet. I’ve made it clear that my betting choices are my own and don't appreciate being solicited. It should be enough to cash a ticket without being asked if I want to place another bet. This kind of pressure isn't necessary and detracts from the experience.

I had no idea that renewing my driver's license meant I also needed to update my W9 form. They could have easily accepted my bet and dealt with the paperwork afterward, which would have been the proper and respectful approach. Overall, the management leaves much to be desired.

Zero atmosphere, U have to wear mask even when sitting at table , security literally runs over to u if your mask , while sitting at table to tell u to pit them back on . Prices for mixed drinks are 13 dollars n up.
I visited Caesars Race Sports this Saturday. The place looks even cleaner now, and the betting area is more organized. Everything is still quite pricey, but overall, it's a pretty cool spot.
This restaurant is amazing! The service is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I will definitely return on Saturday because the food is delicious!
