Viv at Osbornes@68 made us the most amazing wedding cake. The process was seamless, it looked stunning and tasted delicious, many of our guests asked who made it and so we were happy to share. Many came back for seconds and it truly looked stunning at the venue. Viv has always been our favourite for making all our cakes for special occasions but this was the most amazing so far, she went above and beyond!! We can’t thank you enough. Love from the Robsons. We were in search of a light lunch and Osbournes was just what we needed. We ordered the goat cheese salad and the avocado and walnut salad, both of which were delicious. The food was so good that we decided to come back the next day for another meal! We really enjoyed our time in York and when we return, we will definitely be visiting Osbournes again. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff were incredibly friendly.
We came in for lunch as they advertised vegan options in the window and I was delighted with how many vegan options there were. I had the Bangkok Burger and LOVED it (and had to take the opportunity of a slice of vegan cake, too). Sorry I didn’t get a photo of the burger was half way down it before I remembered
Nice cosy place with a few good vegan options like breakfast. We went here for our wedding brunch as we were a mixed group of vegans, veggies and omnis and it was a good choice. Garden at the back is nice if it's sunny. In winter, the hot chocolate with cream is a really nice choice. Book a table now
A good variety of vegan bakery items as well as vegan milks for your hot drink to accompany your cake. New cakes always being added so there’s always a variety. The cakes always look beautiful and portion sizes are generous. Can eat in or take away. Friendly staff. Dog friendly.
Really good cakes! There are always two different vegan cakes to choose from. They do vegan carrot cakes as well! Vegan options for coffes and pretty good vegan breakfast. Updated from previous review on 2021-10-25
Excellent service as always, the staff are all lovely, very friendly and efficient too. The food was very good too, we’ve been 4 times now and will certainly go back.
Several vegan items on the menu including hummus and pepper ciabata and a hot dog. Chunky chips are delicious and there were 2 vegan cakes. Book a table now
Nice enclosed garden in the sunshine while I had a teacake and coffee. Friendly staff too. It's a hidden gem on a busy road.
