As a guest in this classic café I had a wonderful experience and am absolutely satisfied. From the beginning I felt welcome and the friendly staff made sure that I felt comfortable and well-resolved. The ambience of the café radiated a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a moment of tranquility and enjoyment. The classic coffee I ordered was just excellent. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly and well informed. They took the time to answer my questions and give me recommendations. The order was promptly received and the coffee was served quickly. I really felt worried and appreciated as a guest.
Unfriendly male operation!!! You are sent away because the table is 2 m outside, although it belongs to the café. Because of lack of personnel, you are not welcome to get your coffee and cake yourself despite the offer. Therefore, one does not know in advance whether one is desired. A visit to this café is no longer planned for me. So the bad feedback!
Great location in the middle of the park and correspondingly full in beautiful weather. So you have to take some time. Coffee and cake are delicious. But we were disappointed with the interior. The tables are partly shaking, even in the indoor area and in the parking lot to use artificial plants as decoration was not comprehensible for us.
We had the Amadeus in good memory and this year we were looking forward to beautiful evenings in Amadeus. Despite fantastic weather to sit outside, the Amadeus Mo and Di have closed and otherwise only until 6:00. We are unconstitutional and will not get back to Bad Mergentheim on holiday.

During my 5-week Reha stay, I was eating 6x ice cream and cakes. There was no long waiting time, neither on the order, nor on a table. Whether you are sitting outside or inside, everything has a wonderful flair.
Always happy. Nice ambience. Very nice staff. Super delicious cakes. Only the service could be a little more fleeting. Smiling at a high level. Prices of the situation appropriately.
Very nice operation and the ice cream and the coffee were very delicious. The menu is small, manageable but completely sufficient. Come back.
