Cafe Amico - Table reservation

I WANT TO LOVE CAFE AMICO!I 'm all for supporting local businesses and I work really close so the location is super convenient, but my last few experiences make me want to RUN to Starbucks because at least they are nice and attentive...The food and drinks are great! The problem is the customer service specifically the young man that works at the front with the long hair. No greeting or acknowledgement ok fine I pre ordered 2 coffees and when I got there, I added a pastry I paid and then the 2 at the front started looking at a phone together and totally disregarded me. He looked up at me and with some tude said, they will make it in the back, this is just a display (pointing at the display) I...

This place is so cute, visiting from out of town and ran in here for a pick-me-up. Got the Nutella and the white chocolate lattes and they were SO GOOD. The girl at the counter was super sweet and fun. Love this place! Wish I was here longer so I could come back!Dietary restrictions: My sister in law has lots of dietary restrictions so I got our lattes with oat milk. I’m usually not a fan but whatever brand oat milk they use is delicious!!

This place is so slow. We went out for a quick brunch, and we had to wait over 30 minutes, and my food was served after 45 minute wait. Food was served with no silverware, so we had to wait another five minutes to finally eat mine. Food was mediocre despite the long wait. The avocado toast was not toasted surprisingly. People were just waiting forever. Not a perfect start of Saturday morning.

Best coffee shop in town! Everything I get is always delicious. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of coffee.
