The Cafe Blixen could become my regular cafe if I lived here. It is located in the heart of Hechingen and is very ambitious and full of commitment guided in a subarea of the bookshop Welte. Here you can also savour your heart and stay calm for a very long time. The interior is decorated in wavy earth colours and atmospheric (e.g. with a photo by Tania Blixen with their dogs). Here you can eat coffee and chocolate specialties delicious and small snacks (Muffins, Brezeln). Great: the coffee is still traditionally poured in the filter, i.e. each guest receives a cup with a small porcelain filter to the table.
