My husband and I stumbled upon Cafe Cosi when we first visited Biarritz four years ago. We remembered it as being well-prepared food served at good prices. We returned for lunch yesterday and were impressed all over again. Now, this is not the kind of place that Michelin would rate (or even notice) But what you get for what you pay makes this one of the best places in Biarritz to enjoy lunch. Yesterday we had a seafood salad (very tender squid, big tasty chunks of white fish) pasta with pesto, mushroom ravioli, an individual cheesecake and a salted caramel glace with coffee.
