Beautiful setting, good cuisine, a very welcoming and natural team. We had taken with my companion 2 entries, 2 dishes and a dessert to share. The freedom left to the chef in the kitchen allows to find natural flavors in the dishes, nothing appeared to me frozen and it was very good.
We spent a very pleasant time at the Cascade. Very warm welcome by the staff, waiter to our small care who takes time to explain the map and puts water to the mouth. Very nice frame. Excellent meal with good products and unusual. I recommend!
Original dishes, I took a dry ink fish on small black balls perfectly cooked but it lacked seasoning and especially the cook not a smile no hi, an ice ambience. We should make an effort to make a shame.
