welcomed by the housemaster as friends, the first impression allowed us to assume the best. But the adjective is insufficient to describe the refinement without the ostentatious luxury of this place of time. Room number 7 was the right pike with its terrace overlooking the roofs of Saint Rémy. We applauded both hands while regretting not having four.
we had an amazing meal, each cure looked great and tasted even better. the proposed wein pairing worked very well. beautiful restaurant in saint remy and we go back to our next visit.
excellent tasting card were the calbstars, the sea bass and the lamb especially good. and of course everything was presented beautifully. fantastic.
