our mandatory step on the road of the pyrenees for years everything there is nickel, dishes to the shaded terrace, staff always tip top until the addition the dishes are generous with products of the perso corner is very meat it is succulent and inventive in weekdays the noon there are really complete menus. A place you should go if you like good food and central places. Owner Melanie is great and you are always well received and benefit from great atmosphere and food. Would go again everytime I'm in Maubourguet.
The meal was very good, the service extremely friendly and the setting very pleasant! As part of a business trip, we had a daily menu, the quality/price ratio was excellent.
