In the shadow of the old castle lies the medieval village of Severac. If you stay here you expect good quality produce, served simple, but with great taste. And that is exactly what you get. Friendly service in the quiet nice courtyard with good escargots and confit de canard. A nice red wine on the side makes the meal exactly what you want if you do not expect Hector Blumenthal extravaganza.
