Ordered Chicken pad Thai lunch special. This was not what I was expecting to receive. The dish was made with the thin vermicelli rice noodles instead of the traditional wide rice noodle. It was not cooked in any sauce so it was completely missing the peanut soy sauce that pad Thai is traditionally cooked in. A bunch of peanuts were stir fried into the dish as opposed to being crushed as garnish on top. No lime garnish either. This just didn't look or taste like pad Thai at all, so this was very disappointing. I purchased an eggroll which tasted good but not worth the price being charged. Had the worst experience getting take out from here. I ordered the Roast Pork Fried rice, which came with soup. I picked Wonton Soup and also got an eggroll. Sigh…..the eggroll was tasteless. Even the mustard sauce for the eggroll had NO taste. Tried the Wonton soup next and first sip tasted like there was raw chicken in the soup. That went into the trash. My last hope was the roast pork friend rice….which had entirely TOO much soy sauce. I don’t know if the chef was mad at the world today, but he was definitely angry when making this rice. After my 4th bite of large pieces of eggshells, I had to give up on the rice. Absolutely inedible. Trash food. Will never EVER order from here again.
I have to disagree with some of the reviews I’ve seen. My experiences at Cafe China have always been enjoyable. During my last few visits, I mostly ordered takeout, so the restaurant was relatively quiet and empty — but that’s not a bad thing at all. I tried the Szechuan chicken and kung pao chicken, both of which were excellent. Their fried rice is also unique compared to many other places; it's packed with vegetables and eggs and tastes great. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its extensive menu, friendly staff, and good service, not to mention the food that is well worth the price.
Really great, and will definitely be my go to Chinese food takeout place! First time trying their food today, delivered with DoorDash. Got their general tso, shrimp fried rice and crab rangoons. Was delicious, food came hot, and their portions are generous. You will definitely have left overs for another meal :

The food here is always delicious and price is unmatched for the quality. Everything on the menu is super good but my all time favorite is the lunch special orange chicken with fried rice and wonton soup. Seriously everything on the menu is amazing
This is the most reliable restaurant I order from. Almost everywhere else I've tried tends to be inconsistent, but not at Cafe China—you know exactly what to expect. Be sure to try the Mongolian beef (hot and spicy); it's my favorite!
