The Cafe Franck was once known for a child-friendly service. Unfortunately, it doesn't deserve that reputation anymore. Once the customers complained that the two babies, eight months old, the other 12 months old, were too loud. (We were 3 adults with two babies. The owner did not even consider this himself, but gave us the unauthorized complaint extremely uniplomatic. We were very surprised and didn't understand what it was about. It should really resolve this “complaint” diplomatically. On a day other than snowing, the owner didn't want a stroller in the café. She said that the dirt of a stroller driving through snow would not clean him again. When I made them aware that the guests' shoes...
The café is and remains cult. So far I have only experienced friendly services, and I am at least four times a year in the franc. The complex is a blend of 50s and 70s style, a bit of Skorundrel charm is also included. I'm going to the bottom with the apple cake, with cream just unbeatable. Visitors are mostly young families. But even older visitors feel comfortable there. In the summer there is an experience with a view of the Ehrenfeldgürte and the Eichendorffstraßel, where the beautiful old houses stand. This is life in the van.
Despite the crowd on the weekend, the staff is still very friendly even if everything may take a little longer than a Tuesday morning... But the cake coffee is every time worth looking at the colorful driving on a Sunday afternoon a little longer... There are also cozy parties with very good DJs. Unfortunately, it often starts from 1:00 a.m., where I would like to dance at 10:00 a.m., but it is usually quite empty...
Soo cozy! In addition to the great atmosphere that has not changed despite modernizations, there are the most delicious cakes wide and wide. Stable beer, currant, vegan zucchini cakes and much more! On Sunday the hell goes off when breakfast people and coffee guests give the clink in their hands, but the guys and girls behind the counter never lose their rest.
