Unruhig zu sitzen, nicht wegen der Straße. So viele Menschen haben Eis zum mitnehmen und setzen sich hin, uns stehen wieder auf uns setzen sich wieder hin. Ein dauerhaftes Stühlerücken. Wenn einem das Eis zum Verzehr im Giotto zu teuer ist und man sich nur 2 Kugeln kauft dann brauche ich mich nicht an die Plätze setzen. Die würde ich alle weg jagen. Das bringt wie gesagt wine totale Unruhe rein, denn die Familie, die Kinder gehen und in der nächsten Sekunde sitzen sich schon die nächsten mit ihren zwei Kugeln hin. Ansonsten war das Eis richtig gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Preise, na ja. 2 Eisbecher und 2 Getränke (Wasser und Schorle) über 32 Euro.

After a call about the deficiency a new one was sent also this was tastefully a catastrophe and then hardly occupied. The Bruschetta was also bad, the bread was simply black because it was so burned and barely balsamico on it. €20 for stomach pain. After ordering 2 years regularly, this was the last time. Sadly, something has become so good.
Unfortunately you have to forgive a star, but it is too much. The ice doesn't taste there at all. Very artificial and not delicious at all. The bullets are a joke!!!! 1.50 for table tennis ball size is simply away French!!! If you want to go to the Venezia in Schwabmünchen. There are very good, homemade ice cream of the best quality for 1.40. The portions are 4 times as large as here in the Giotto Gersthofen. The service was unfriendly and super unmotivated! Conclusion: Eclectic, overpriced and unfriendly! Never again!
Hatte ein Erdbeeren Maxi Eis, hat gut geschmeckt. Allerdings nur nach Erdbeeren und Sahne. Preistechnisch ist etwas zu teuer finde ich. Ich äußere nur meine Meinung. Jeder kann seine Meinung selbst gestalten wie er/sie will. Was ich unmöglich finde ist, dass mehr Früchte (6-7 Erdbeeren mehr) 4,50€ Aufpreis kosten. Ambiente und Service fand ich persönlich nicht gut abgestimmt.

9:00 Uhr in der Früh und das Eiscafee hat schon auf. Ich wurde sehr freundlich als erster Gast empfangen, habe einen klasse Cappuccino genossen und festgestellt, dass das Eiscafe zwischenzeitlich auch Ristorante und Pizzaria is. Mit Cocktails am Abend und and italienischem Flair. Mir hats sehr gut gefallen. Für die Kinder ist es eine der besten Eisdielen weit und breit.
Absolut enttäuschend! Nach 20 Minuten des Wartens wurden wir nicht einmal bedient, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Der Service war extrem langsam und unprofessionell. Es scheint, als ob das Personal keine Ahnung hat, wie man Kunden bedient. Die Eisdiele hat definitiv meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt und ich werde sicherlich nie wieder zurückkehren.
Ich war nur zum Eis-Essen hier, es gibt aber auch ein ganzes Menü mit Pizza und Ähnlichem. Das Eis wurde wirklich viel größer als erwartet, schmeckte auch gut. Für mich waren nur die Preise etwas teuer, z.B. 14 Euro für diesen Erdbeer-Eisbecher (siehe Foto).
Nice restaurant and coffee but unfortunately already with a few guests overwhelmed my coffee I had to order twice until I got it. Too bad it would have been 5 stars.

The ice balls are very small and with 1.50 much too expensive. The ice cream is also not a highlight.
