to say that this place is a kind, that of the beaten track would be a heavy understatement. it is the kind of place they only know if they have this Asian friend who knows someone who knows someone, etc. it is a family heirloom chart to a gastronomic Indonesian meal they will love, especially when they enjoy strong SEA aromas. the menu is mainly about hugging and payment is only cash. if you want the extended menu, call 2 days. I won't say much more because it deprives you of feelings like indiana jones. enough to say that if they do not have a blessing of the adventurous, this is not the place for them and they should probably travel to hungry jacks in the city. I can't recommend this place...
One of the best Ayam Goreng i had here in Adelaide. We had Ayam Penyet (Fried Chicken Maryland with a good spread of chilli paste), Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken Maryland wonderfully done) and Beef Rendang (beef stew with chilli). however, they are only open in the evenings and it is no restaurant, it is a cafeteria in a student hostel, Bradford Lodge.
The food was delicious and the price was so affordable. Need to wait a little longer so you might want to place order before coming.
