Yesterday we went to the restaurant. The 5 stars are completely justified, the food really great. Super delicious, well flavored, sometimes not 0815 but really something special. Prices are slightly higher, is completely justified. She justifies the very good food. I've been thinking about whether it's appropriate to design simple paper napkins instead of fabric napkins. But since there was a fresh napkin again at every gear, I didn't find it so bad. A higher quality cutlery would certainly make the restaurant good. Olive oil and fresh bread for the start are a good idea that one can rethink in two, but a dish for the oil can certainly rethink. The selection of good wines was a bit difficult...
Wonderful restaurant with great food. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner's social commitment is top. And then there's another house cat. I recommend visiting this beautiful and sustainable restaurant.
