among all options in Hannover, Mezzo is still one of my favourites! i’ve been coming here for a few years and still highly enjoy the food: the regulars and especially the vegan options on the weekly changing menu (that means: you can come here often and always find something new to try! . it only ever happened once that i didn't like what i had. food is well seasoned and sometimes surprisingprices are reasonable. great drinks too! service is always pleasent. Was there again yesterday evening after many years, had a very delicious salad with cassis dressding, friendly and brisk service. Are flexible when ordering, etc. Happy to come back anytime! We came in the evening to have dinner. Very friendly staff here, and the food was exellent! Big portions and not very expensive. My son had the burger and I took the fried potatoes with chicken. I loved the place. The people, the atmosphere ......very «gemütlich», as you would say it in german. : We are definately coming back!
bright area with large sitting corner. extensive menu with vegetarian options, rich breakfast menu and bier cocktails. friendly personal and English menus available. very popular especially at midday. suppen, salad and coffee make the menu. the prices are very reasonable and the staff very friendly.

I went today and waited minutes without being served. It was only full so not very busy at all. Avoid this cafe unless you enjoy wasting your life waiting for non existent Service. Shockingly bad and terrible service
Suggest to arrive early especially during lunchtime/dinner time or must prepare for queuing. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. My colleague and I visited here twice and enjoyed the food very much.
in the mezzo the milk café in the xxl cup is already a real cult object. Here it can also be very good breakfast, also at a later hour. but here you meet all those you know, often old friends.

Such a nice place, runned by students so it's pretty cheerful. It's big and comfy.
