Warning: The worst Italian food I've ever had in New York City! The appearance and aromas are very misleading. It’s extremely cheap, but it feels like a waste; I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine. I ended up tossing it straight into the garbage because it had little to no flavor and felt quite unpleasant. I actually felt sick afterwards, as if I had rocks in my stomach! Proceed with caution!
The food are amazing! delivery drivers are very nice, but there's that one guy expecting a bigger tip. The total was 31$ and I was going to ask the delivery driver to give me 9$ back and I would tip him 2$ or 3$, he wasn't accepting that offer and he decided to tip himself 4$ and gave me 5$ instead. This is not ok, he should be more appreciated and not to complain for bigger tips. Next time I'm going to tip him 1$
I've gotten individual slices from Milano's on multiple occasions and have been very let down. Every couple of months I give it another shot thinking it could have just been an off day, but each time the slices i've gotten have been stale, burnt, hard and practically inedible. They are more like hockey pucks than pizza. Highly recommend NOT ordering slices here as they are not fresh.
They screwed up my broccoli and garlic oil no broccoli..when I called they wanted to charge me $9 for a side of broccoli as the lady never charge me $11 for pasta and garlic with a drop of oil..order from.them once a week for years! U screwed up and u will give a new order if I pick up? Customer service was horrible! I guess loyalty means nothing...lots of other places to order from Book a table now
I had a terrible experience the next time I ordered from Milano. The hamburgers were overcooked and cold, with the cheese also cold. The fries were icy as well. However, when I called to complain about my previous order, this time everything was perfect—actually, it was way too much food, but it was cooked perfectly. I give it five stars.
Amazing food. I stopped in one day after getting a haircut across the street and purchased cheesecake and chicken parmesan roll. Nice people working there too and a great atmosphere!!! Kid-friendliness: I noticed that there were a bunch of kids in there after a soccer match. Seems like a friendly place to go for kids who want pizza
My family visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner to check out the new dining area, and we had a wonderful time! The food was excellent, with generous portions. However, the staff truly made the evening memorable. I wish I had gotten their names. It’s a delightful place, and I'm so glad we came!

I ordered the vegetarian panini and the website description says it comes with portobello mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic. My panini arrived with no mushrooms or zucchini. Disappointed ??
