We ordered food at this restaurant and were asked for a table number, but the tables were dirty. We requested for a table to be cleaned by a staff member, who seemed annoyed by the request. The table was eventually cleaned and our food arrived. My wife ordered poached eggs on toast with avocado, and I had the ultimate breakfast. Unfortunately, the poached eggs turned out to be hard boiled instead of poached. When we informed a staff member about the mistake, they insisted that is how the eggs come pre-cooked and heated up. it was funny as it felt like we were more in caffe than shopping at Morrisons’ this day! it was a late lunch more like a sunset, but I was quite impressed with what they had to offer! I had her cajun veggie burger with tweebel rings (stunningly made) together with a side of fries and koss and my man tried her meat free Greek salate (quite good) with coffee. The breakfast experience was terrible, with poor service to match. The meal was missing key items like black pudding and hash browns, and instead of receiving a proper portion of chips, only 6 measly chips were provided. There was no discount offered for the lack of items. When I complained to customer service, I was told that my comments would be passed on to the manager. However, it has been a week and I have not received a response. The food was inedible and I believe I should have been refunded or given a replacement meal.
At 3:45pm, the restaurant had run out of fish and chips, so I decided to go for the cheeseburger and chips instead. Unfortunately, the chips were barely warm, even after attempting to warm them up with hot beans. The burger was served in a sweet brioche bun, which was not to my liking, and had a slice of cold cheese and a thick slice of tomato. Despite being hungry, I struggled to finish the meal, and my husband had a hard time with the burger as well. On the bright side, the coffee was enjoyable.

Me and my wife went in for breakfast before we did our shopping. We ordered 2 full breakfasts and extra toast and tea. When the breakfasts did arrive. They looked fine but were just warm. Me been Me. I still eat everything. Wife only had half. But thinking about it I should of said something. Iv had to many bad breakfasts from here so I won't be having breakfast here again. Il stick to my frosties. Got there great.
I visited the cafe around lunch time, I had macaroni cheese with side salad. When the salad came it was outstanding all freshly prepared. I also enjoyed the macaroni cheese.
always immerse here, eating is decent and the customer service is brittle. it can be a little cold here, but apart form that eating and service is great.
