We found this restaurant just walking down a street around the corner from the Dali Museum. It is in a strip of restaurants. It had indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was covered by umbrellas, making it very pleasant. While looking at the menu to decide what we wanted, we watched as hamburgers were being brought out and they looked delicious. All three of us decided to order burgers. The burgers here were made with veal meat, so we're thinking, they would be very tender. Out they came with a side order of fries. We were travelling from further south and had stopped overnight at a guesthouse in a nearby town. It was March and the local pub/cafe was shut so our host suggested we head into Figueres to get a meal. Getting a car park was the hardest bit but we found a garage which was only open until 21.30 so that limited our choice to the restaurants that were open at an earlier time. We stopped here and although the evening started to get chilly we sat outside as we had our dog with us. We just went for the grilled chicken and chips. we struggled to find places that were open on a monday as all the museums seems closed. lovely to find a simple cafe by the road to have breakfast. we had the usual simple sandwiches and coffee. the server did not speak english but was friendly nonetheless and we enjoyed our breakfast.
This was a surprisingly great lunch spot! It was nestled between a kebab shop and another few touristy looking tapas places so not expecting a lot. But we had great potatas bravas and the goats cheese salad was really great. Highly recommended for a cheap but tasty lunch

We find this place in the streets between Museum Dali and the railstation of Figueres. We choose the menu of the day, for coincidence a classic: Sallad (simple), Paella Marinera (very good) and Crema Catalana for dessert (very similar with Créme Brulée). A good surprise.
We had to wait for a table but well worth it. For 13 euros we were offered a variety of choices from the set menu. The food when it arrived was freshly and well cooked no sitting around for hours under a hot plate here. Great find most enjoyable thank you very much
Just stopped here for a coffee and use the loo. Lots of tables and seating both in and out. If I’d had more time I think the outside seating would be a good place watch world go by, and chill out over a beer or two. Quick service and reasonable prices.
restaurant located in the center of figueres. Very nice bartender. Very good food. I recommend the butifarra sandwich. desserts are spectacular. a very good option to eat in figueres at a good price.

Lovely little place with great food and friendly staff! We visited here most days during our time in Figueres sometimes for a meal, sometimes for just a drink and tapas. Great value for money.
