We visited Pellegrini on a Tuesday night, we booked for 10 people and turned up with 11, it was all down hill from there. The staff were rude, unhelpful and particularly condescending. We were there to spend money! But we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. We all complained, but they simply didn't care. The food was superb, but the staff were atrocious! None of the group will ever return. We had oversees family members with us and we were mortified by the way we were treated.
Nice place to stop for brunch. Small inside seating area but a great outside location under the verandah or the branches of a beauty spreading leafy tree. Outside traffic noise was a little rowdy, parking on the side street is free and plentiful. Great breakfast and lunch menu with bistro style specials. Nice local place.
Great central setting with plenty of seating. Food was superb and service was efficient and helpful. I had Royal Benedict and it was beautiful. Only complaint I would have is that they don't have the option of having a pot of tea. It is served either in a cup or mug. But this won't stop me from visiting again. Wonderful
We were looking for a café for breakfast and come across Café Pellegrini. Great service upon arrival and menu to cater to many. Meals came out quickly and presented well and tasted great. When travelling with a toddler a quick turnaround was greatly appreciated, we ended up there three days in a row. Book a table now
Sunday pizza at this place was great. loads of toppings and fast service. Clean and tidy and easy parking is a great start. We also had a bowl of wedges, which were massive. Plenty of space and loads of tables. very happy with everything.
Consistent food and coffee which is not always easy to find. Pleasant service, convenient location. We use it as a cafe, haven't had dinner here for awhile. Would recommend for a coffee and a bite to eat/snack.
Inconsistent food offering - some days fantastic, but mostly very very average. Night times generally better than day - but you will get much better food and coffee going to almost any other cafe in the street.
Average meals and over priced. Being an Italian Cafe I thought they would of had decent pasta.... Unfortunately the didn't it was a bowl full of packet pasta with sauce and few bits of chicken. Book a table now
Enjoyed a really good coffee with His Lordship from next door. This was my first visit to this cafe, certainly not my last.

"Had dinner here twice with friends, would not come again. Food was ok, but real terrible service. Not a single smile from any of Waitresses, served us with bad attitude the whole night. Also the food took ages to come, FYI we were their first group of customers for that evening, so don't understand what was the hold up."
