Cafe Ramsauer - Table reservation

we arrived shortly before 2 o'clock on a rainy Saturday. it was quite full, but there were some empty tables, some unclear. After I sat down and no one came, I went to the pie counter to ask if we should order at the counter or at our table. the waitress said table, without looking, what she did. After we were there for 10 minutes, we still got no waiter who came to the table. my friend saw a waitress a few tables away and went to tell her we wanted to order. the waitress said right away, which means she's coming right away. but she went back to the service area back and did not show up again. we left because we didn't get a service. they are disorganized, unprofessional and unfriendly. it was cold, we needed a coffee, a cake. we went in and sat on the first table we saw. While I made my way to the toilet, a wat smells cigarette smoke and saw that there was a smoker zone. to stand at sub-zero temperatures. moved to the smoker room immediately and spent the next 2 hours just chill, coffee, cake and ziggies. waiters/waitresses were also very friendly to us.

old and merciful caffe, in which johann spent a lot of time between the 1850s and 1890s. the outside terrace is also very pleasant for warmer weather. I enjoyed fantastic ham and iron and coffee for 9,80 € much more charming than bad ischls famous zauner.

this is a place with low level of professionalism and service. we ordered a bread basket with butter and jam and we got a ham sandwich! a lot of time waiting to order and pay. €15 for 2 cappuccinos, 1 ham sandwiches and 1 cake.

This traditional coffee house also serves a good hot lunch in the summer season. Friendly service and the lunch was good. Machatio and hot chocolate were just right.
