Tolles italienisches Restaurant am Rande der Altstadt von Bad Säckingen. Man kann in der Nähe parken und dann zu Fuß hin gehen. Das Ambiente sieht sehr stilvoll und ansprechend aus. Der Gastraum ist sehr sauber und nicht zu überladen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Personal arbeitet zügig, ist dabei aber sehr ruhig und nicht so hektisch, auch wenn es mal etwas voller ist. Das bringt eine wunderbare Ruhe rein und man kann seinen Aufenthalt hier genießen. Das Essen war einfach lecker. Die Vorspeisen und die Hauptgänge kamen im richtigen zeitlichen Abstand. Die Produkte waren frisch und mit viel Liebe zum Lebensmittel verarbeitet. Wir sind satt und...

We arrived in Bad Säckingen looking for a place for lunch and were brought here by an enthusiastic local that we approached randomly on the street. There were two problems with our order (one of the pizzas we ordered normally came with an egg, we asked for it ohne Ei es lag nicht an der Sprache but it came with the egg. Also, besides wine, soft drink and mineral water I asked clearly for a glass of tap water but they brought a small bottle of opened mineral water trucked in from Italy. We arrived just before their lunch closing so perhaps they focussed on their break (although it was also hard to get the bill). The food, however, was excellent. A friend of mine from Swiss recommended this restauranr. The food, starting from pizza, pastas and meat was very good. Salads fresh, very friendly and proffesional employees.The portions were big so you could freely split one in two. Prices are moderate, other than for deserts, almost the price of pizza. But even their portions are big so you can share it,

Apparently lead by italians the food is pretty authentic. Nevertheless one pasta dish we tried was veery al dente. And some of the personel lacked in friendliness. It was interesting anyway that it was very difficult to get a table for the evening. In short: in many restaurants in Italy the experience is way much better.

This place serve Italian menu. They serve great food and drinks. Open air ambiance is also vary nice.
