Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

First off, I must say I really do like Cafe Rio's food. I have come to this drive-thru at this specific location multiple times, and have had the same experience every single time. With the same two people taking my order it seems (for everytime I've gone to this location). They come across as disrespectful, careless, and rush me through my order. Not only that, they've always somehow managed to get a multitude of things wrong on my orders, as well as missing items. (which feels like because they're too careless trying to just rush you to order) I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but seeming as this has happened MULTIPLE times I finally felt I had to leave a review.

Definitely avoid the drive thru! I ordered a pork salad with the tortilla on the side -Did not get my tortilla so I had to reverse to the window to ask for it since they made me pull up to wait for my food which made no sense because 2 seconds after they told me to pull up they came out. No one was even behind me. -Tortilla was hard and gross -They give you less meat going through the drive thru -They did not put the guacamole and lime on my salad They act like giving you what it comes with and the amount it comes with is coming from their own paychecks. SMH
