We've dined regularly at Cafe Society for years always enjoyed it, so when our last visit, a couple months ago, was disappointing, I did not write a review and decided to give it another try. This time was worse, I won't be back Drinks: I ordered a specific top shelf liquor for my martini, definitely didn't receive it. Wine was good, but the pours inconsistent; one of our party received a brimming glass, another what appeared to be less than a half-pour Food: The menu now offers seafood rather than lobster bisque, which would be fine except it was a thin, watery soup with one piece of a shrimp. Party of first they were out of a number of their menu items. of the entrees arrived cold and came minutes after everyone else had theirs. The chicken Picata was a single chicken tender on a scoop of rice a roni noodles. The place smells musty and there are water stains all over the ceiling.
We have been going to Cafe Society for many years and always love it. They have helped me with luncheons for various organizations. It was always a good place to bring people who were in Memphis for job interviews. Good work all around.
Great service and food! Our server was awesome. And shoutout to the other server. It was her birthday and the table next to us was full of the rudest ladies. They were awful to her and she handled it well! You go girl

Service was fine but the kitchen was not. My steak was very undercooked. All orders in the dining room were very slow coming from the kitchen.
Atmosphere was incredible, down to the birthday confetti that was on the table when I arrived. The salmon was perfect. Highly satisfied!
We had a lovely dinner at Cafe Society as always. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was as welcoming and comfortable.
