We went to this restaurant because it was next to our hotel and the weather was dreadful. The service was very friendly, but slow even allowing for the fact that it was busy. My husband had smoked salmon and steak, which was fine and quite good value. The waiter was confused over which salad I'd ordered, and even though I pointed out his mistake and he correctly repeated out back to me, I still finished up with the wrong one. In case you're wondering, my French is quite good enough to distinguish between "Italienne" and "Parisienne"! If we had not been waiting so long I'd have sent it back, but I was afraid that it might take another hour to get the right thing.We both finished with chocolat...
The waiters were a hoot. They make this place what it is. We wondered whether they were all drunk cause we had so much fun with them. They were great with the kids at the next table, giving them lollypops. They even gave my 15 year old one and made a magic trick out of it. The food was ok too. The onion soup was mediocre but the cheese and meat board was delicious. My husband even enjoyed his steak and he normally doesn't order steak. Dessert was amazing. Try the rubarb tart - YUM - and the creme brûlée - DOUBLE YUM !!
Just next door to the hotel Terminus and opposite the Gare de Lyon, this restaurant is busy but fantastically efficient. We were in a rush as we had to get to the airport, but our food arrived quickly and was delicious and reasonably priced. My daughter had the moules frites and couldn't finish the huge portion and I had the goat's cheese salad with ham. The portions were good and the food was fresh. Recommended.
Came here for an awesome business lunch. The Dos de Cabillaud and the onion soup I had was great. My colleagues enjoyed their pate and beef tartar and the bouillabaisse. Service was swarming and prompt. Just a great location acrosss from Gare du Nord. Very busy but the staff was capable of handling. Also great people watching.

This restaurant was not good, by any stretch of the imagination.The only it has going for it, is proximity to the train station. If you need to catch a train.It is just convenient.The food was mediocre at best!The waiters lied about ingredients in a choucroute.Given a choice, I would pass!
I had the chicken salad and our daughter had the duck breast salad. Who knew that green beans could add so much to a green salad? The vinaigrette dressing was delicious but the best thing was the cheese that was included. This meal was outstanding.
Dropped in today for a late lunch. Ordered a couple of burgers which were both delicious and fast. Service was exemplary with a lovely waiter who spoke English and didn't seem to mind our broken French. Overall a nice spot to sit and enjoy a meal.
Went there for lunch before taking the Eurostar back to Paris. The place is everything you expect from a good Parisian Brasserie, with a good choice of traditional food. Everything was cooked well, service was prompt.

Seafood and sausage are good. Price very reasonable. Staffs are friendly and speak very fluent English. Food arrived faster than expected. Overall very good.
We had breakfast (croisssants and coffee) just after the morning rush. Nothing to write home about and nothing other than diminishing service to mention
