We went to the Sunday breakfast at Cafe Zauberberg. In good weather the cafe can score with the terrace and magnificent views. In bad weather, the interior is convenient, but not cozy.The served breakfast is really nothing special. There is no homemade cheese and salmon breakfast, and there are salmon and cheeses like the discounter, the same applies to the fresh cheese. Marmelade and Nutella packed for this. The extra egg was unfortunately ice cold. But what was the climax when I asked some honey instead of sugar for mint tea was told that the same would be calculated extra. The smallest amount, like an elongated sugar bag, with 0.80 euros, it was unfortunately not enough for the tea. That'...
The most important point for our celebration was that it can take place on the terrace. We have addressed this several times clearly, including a call on the day before, to make once again aware that it is absolutely necessary that we can sit outside. This request was confirmed every time by the management of the café. Worsely, on the day of celebration we found our table covered in beautiful weather. In order to have breakfast in some interior we would not have had to drive 15 km from Idstein. It is extremely sad that we can't resist the impression that it was never planned to have breakfast outside on the terrace. We are extremely annoyed and disappointed about this behavior!
Nice place for breakfast we are more often here and enjoy the delicious breakfast, the large café, the cake is also highly recommended. Very friendly service. The view is a balancing force and you will always be able to welcome new guests
