Used to be my favorite restaurant in Midland, this visit was my worst experience. Had a reservation, asked to be moved, told the other locations were reserved, but they were not used. Took my asking for a server to come take our drink orders after we were seated. Drinks order was incorrect; the food was just blah... a terrible experience overall. This was a college graduation lunch, so disappointed in the service for this visit.
I’ve been a long time fan of cafe Zinc and have visited many times for lunch and dinner. Ambience and menu remain excellent but there is a notable change in service. The speed, the attention, the care with customers unfortunately are becoming poorer with time. My last 3 experiences there were definitely below average.
Food good. Hostess nasty. Waitress good. Hostess’ nasty attitude (extremely rude to all Members of our party) really tainted our experience—should have been a lovely brunch for 12 of us…
First time there and OMG! The food and atmosphere was phenomenal. If you haven't at there yet, you definitely need to try it our first yourself, you won't regret it. ????????????
