Sorry to say that my protein bowl was filled with limp slightly soggy greens, and half the tables and booths were dirty or had dishes still on them. The floors and drink station were messy and dirty as well. There were 6 workers behind prepping food, but service was very slow. One of the employees kept sniffing back a cold as she was prepping food as well. Left feeling grossed out and out $60 for our family. Disappointed. Service: Dine in
Worst customer experience ever. I will never go here again. I ordered curbside. They don't have curbside spots and no close parking. The people were rude even with having my food not ready, no curbside spots, and my food wasn't ready for another 30 minutes after the promised time. They don't know how to clean up here either. Go somewhere else. So many other better options. Service: Take out
Such a disappoint! They used to mix the salad in a bowl to make sure the dressing was distributed. Now they just throw a much smaller salad in a plastic container and give a small container of dressing. The cashier wore gloves, handled food, then also touched the cash register and credit card machine. Very unsanitary! 2 sandwiches and small salads were $34. Pretty pricey. Food: 3
I've never experienced such disappointment in a meal. However, the sandwiches, soups, and salads here are exceptional, and you can't go wrong with the chocolate-dipped strawberries. The staff is friendly, and the warm ambiance makes for a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend Café Zupas to anyone who enjoys a good sandwich. Book a table now
Their food was good tho I'm disappointed that they took away my favorite sadqitch. The crab one. The people who took my order were distracted and weren't listing to me. Had to day my order 4 times. I visited this restaurant for the first time and had the steak and cheese along with the Wisconsin cauliflower soup. For dessert, I opted for the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and I'll definitely return whenever I'm in the area shopping. Book a table now
Last one and I couldn't resist a Strawberry Harvest salad and Ultimate Grilled Cheese from Zupa's! They are amazing and delicious and healthy! You have to try their cauliflower soup, I hate cauliflower and it is delicious!
