Recently I have been purchasing rhe protein salad as I have been looking for lean and green meals for my healthy lifestyle. ? The great thing is the salad bar is laid out in front of you. You can see everything they put in your bowls. You can ask them to hold it or put extra in. They have soups and sandwiches even desserts. I had the privilege of visiting this restaurant recently with my husband and children, and I cannot speak highly enough of Zupas. The food was absolutely delicious, with the Chicken Enchilada soup being a standout. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff even going above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for outstanding food and a great dining experience.
I visited this restaurant a week ago and received excellent service. The manager not only brought my tray to the table so I could wrangle my rowdy kids, but also found us a table. I have already recommended this restaurant to all my friends. The manager, who was very friendly and always had a smile on her face, even told me she had twins and could relate to my situation.
Found a bug still attached tightly to a leaf in my salad ? BUT I called up there and spoke to a manager. She was so kind and understanding and also found it gross. She kindly refunded me. That?s great customer service right there! They sure won?t lose a customer (me) with how they handled this situation.
