Terrible service -- if there is any service at all; it's a so call Chinese restaurant but it gives you a strong impression that the Asians are not welcome.

Went for lunch. Lots of food and was good. Price was also reasonable..... since it is at the main intersection downtown parking can sometimes be an issue.
