We arrived late to Madrid and even later to Pinto and had Facebooked them the day before to ask if they'd open at about 23:30. They did not only reply super fast but they gave us a positive and friendly answer. We came there as scheduled the next day and found a great local place, with very affordable prices, generous amounts of tasty food and a very friendly and attentive service. For 11€ each we had a few beers, and ate so much food we hadn't been so full since a while ago. Thanks so much...we will be back! Highly recommended place.

We went to dinner on the way through the pine. the canarera was very attentive and sincere; it recommended us not to ask for more of the account because the dishes we were going to order were great and sufficient (and so it was.) very good the Roman calamares and the burgers, we went out with the well-filled bars: and very good of price !!!
I have visited Bar Sliva a few times over the years. I would recommend you go on a Sunday lunch time for a few beers as lots of tapas gratis will fly your way. You will not leave hungry. Apart from this it is pretty standard as far as a Spanish bar goes. I like them, but there are many similar places around.
