The place is beautiful and has a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the service was very attentive from the collaborators. However, the only French thing about pastry is the shape of the products. The croissants and fillings (dulce de leche, chocolate syrup) are not of the best quality. Diners should expect a level of bakery similar to Musmanni or Prispan.
A quite pleasant place, at that confluence of two streets there used to be a not very pleasant cantina. Changing industries and possibly new owners or lessors was a very positive thing. The pastries are tasty, very well presented, sitting down to have a coffee is a good experience. The prices are affordable.
The desserts we ate looked good but didn't taste good. The chocolate cake tasted like it had been refrigerated. The hazelnut cream had very little flavor. The macarons were hollow, dry, hard and didn't taste good either. Our stomachs turned.

Finally quality bread in the area! The ciabatta is INCREDIBLE, better than the one at the supermarket, delicious, really good, they have two types, one with spices and tomato and the regular one, both recommended and the service excellent.
Great people and some of the best pastries and croissants in San Jose! The staff was very kings and patient.
