No enforcement of wearing face masks in queue or moving around in cafe. Never saw a table cleaned or sanitised. Queuing allowed within a metre of our table without face masks so we had to leave as we felt very unsafe. No regard for customer...safety, too inyterested in footfall. Contacted customer services and was fobbed off with excuse that their staff dont enforce rules. Will not return.....disgusting
I love cafe nero, its never too busy so that they are served quickly, the coffee is nice tasting never too bitter and made to perfection from the barista. the personal is beautiful and hard in these times.
a little infertile in these covid times, but the staff does their best. instead of cold, as the doors are left open and big gaps in which seats have disappeared. I hate this new normal
Very comfortable and good value. Friendly staff and it's nice to have good visibility out to the high street. Makes it feel light an open.
