This has always been a lovely coffee shop and staff are always friendly and polite. But social distancing of the tables inside and outside is necessary. Please clean them more outside, in the past this might have been the favoured choice of smokers but now...it’s a safer option for us all and If someone prefers it they need the option. Other than this the staff are great, and quality of coffee is good.
we have visited this caffè nero regularly for many years and still have a bad experience either with the staff or the food/drinks. the employees are always welcoming and happy to help and go beyond and beyond to provide excellent service and. to correct the few mistakes they have made. if nothing changes, this coffee shop in halifax will have our use as long as we live close enough to visit it.
popped into Nero's for a coffee and to pick up more beans for home on a cold ,wet Sunday ,great coffee ,as always ,good selection of daily papers ,nice biscuits and cake ,pricey but nice .main reason to visit is due to cafe being dog...-friendly ,we were able to take our wee lad inside ,out of the rain ,i always ask first ,never presume .
my wife and I visited the cafe nero in halifax today. no one of the tables was clean, I saw the waitress was about the tables she was wiping with her hand. there were dirty tassen etc. on most tables, outside of them with ashtrays full of tab...ends I felt the whole place grubby seemed. Book a table now
I went to this coffee shop with a friend of mine and we was very surprised with how clean and friendly the staff were, expecially the young girl working on Monday Febuary at about PM. I will definitely be coming back for...more coffee.
really beautiful place and excellent staff. a really great guy served me and he was all smiles. many sanitisers and social distancing excellent. the tables were kept all the time to keep the place in very good order
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, free wifi. Coffee: excellent. We enjoyed the visit to this Italian-themed cafe. Definitely somewhere worth heading to before wandering down to Eureka Children’s Museum.

this is the best coffee I had from a caffe in halifax. the coffee is always hot and strong. the cakes and pastries are delicious. service is always with a smile.
