I love Caffè Nero and have been to many outlets from London,Leeds,wakefield etc etc.But today was so disappointed With the service and attitude

Great place to visit and the staff are great. Cannot understand the bad review that the staff were anything other than efficient and friendly

It's become our Saturday morning coffee stop. My two boys (dogs) Harvey Oscar are always welcomed. Great friendly staff and fab coffee.

Was an interesting experience. Maybe some staff training in how to speak to people! I won't go back there again ! Book a table now

Great atmosphere, best ‘coffee-shop chain’ coffee by far. Allowing dogs is an absolute winner.
