Very special place suitable for everyone. The peculiarity of this activity is the possibility for students or workers to sit with their computer or notebook and study in peace or work. Very helpful and friendly staff. Venue with plenty of seating. Good hot chocolate and coffee. Highly recommended Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: No architectural barriers

The food is good, but it feels like the corporation trains their employees to be indifferent and uninterested. Every location has the same vibe, which points to a larger corporate issue. Often, you find yourself having to remind them of your food order because they forget it while preparing your drink. Go there out of necessity, not for a friendly experience.

Tried to order an iced cappuccino, both baristas said they don’t do that. They do however make iced lattes, so I asked for that with just less milk. The Barista still said they don’t do that there. So I just went next door to Starbucks instead and got an iced cappuccino. Didn’t realize it was an issue to purchase a drink menu with less milk ??‍

The employees are chatting loudly in this otherwise quiet coffee shop, which disrupts the atmosphere. They also automatically add a 20% tip with no option to leave a "no tip." Additionally, the matcha latte comes sweetened by default. I recommend going to Tatte instead. Book a table now

I only got a cappuccino, tasted more like a coffe with milk, maybe that was cultural difference, in my country cappuccino is something else and tastes really good.the environment is really cool and full of style, but too dirty.

Great place to just sit and really enjoy your coffee! I highly recommend Caffé Nero on Harvard Street, Brookline Village. Always great and pleasant staff.
